Brand Bites: Why Your Tweets Need a Facelift

That’s how many tweets are posted to Twitter every single day. So, it’s no surprise that competing for eyeballs on the Twittersphere is a challenge.

How can you make your brand rise to the surface of a veritable ocean of tweets? With images! A study by Buffer shows that tweets with images receive 150% more retweets and 89% more favorites than their text-only counterparts.

There are two big brands that we think really excel when it comes to tweeted images. Beauty supply giant Sephora uses dazzling close-ups to entice their users, and Spotify posts a collage of musicians to remind listeners to plug in their headphones.
