Branding Process: Intro Post.

Have you ever wondered what it takes to build a brand?  Not just a name and logo, but a strong, recognizable brand that puts you top of mind with your customers?

In this series of blog posts, we will use real life companies to give you tips, best practices and the latest trends in branding.  Our goal is to give the branding novices actionable tips on how to grow a successful brand, while in-depth enough for even the brand manager out there to take something out of it.

But why exactly are we embarking on a series about branding and its process?  Because, we see it all too often from small businesses that branding is seen as an afterthought.  They tend to take the Field of Dreams mentality of “if we build it, they will come”…and then we’ll figure the rest out later.  Unfortunately, that’s a dangerous game – and one that’ll leave you wishing you had done it right
from the start.

The importance of building a strong brand foundation shouldn’t be underestimated.  You’ll get better results, and most importantly, build brand awareness, customer engagement and user retention.

We hope this series of posts helps you successfully build and evolve your brand into something that represents more than just the product or service being offered.  Remember, even today’s best brands started with just a name and logo.  Enjoy!
