Carlsberg branded video – a twisted net promotor score

This is a very clever video from Carlsberg (are you 21+?) that does not push their brand until the very end, and only very lightly at that.

I studied in Copenhagen, Denmark, the home of Carlsberg, back in 2004 and was an avid consumer and even rocked a Carlsberg hat for a while back stateside to show how cultured I was. My palette will no longer accept pilsners, but I might just have to crack one as a nod to this great content. Enjoy and let us know what you think! We’ve got a couple of questions for ya below the video. Interested to get your responses…

So, how many of your friends (real-world friends) would you do this for? Would you recommend Carlsberg to a friend after having seen this?

Me in 3: • Movies people can’t believe I don’t like: Star Trek and Star Wars. • My secret talent: As a songwriter my first songs at age 16 were about all girls, and my latest about just one - my fiancé. • My first invention: A wrestling move dubbed 'The Bob Dole' still used across the state of Nebraska today.
