You have been invited to Clearview Federal Credit Union's Brandfolder. This Terms of Use Agreement ("Agreement") describes your rights and responsibilities and states the terms and conditions under which you may use this Site. By continuing to use the Site, you are indicating your acceptance to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement between you and Clearview.
Access to Clearview's brand assets is granted exclusively to you. The rights granted to you under this agreement are not transferable and cannot be shared with anyone else.
You are granted the right to use Clearview brand assets. You may only use the brand assets that appear in Brandfolder. Any other asset needed will need to be requested through your Clearview contact. The brand assets may not be altered or modified, in whole or in part, for any reason. You may only download the brand assets used for our current partnership, sponsorship, or project being worked on. All other rights are reserved and must be granted by Clearview.
You acknowledge that the brand assets are owned by Clearview Federal Credit Union. You further acknowledge that the brand assets are protected under copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws and any unauthorized use may constitute infringement and violate state or federal laws.
It is your responsibility to review this agreement periodically. Clearview reserves the right to modify this agreement from time to time without notice and in its sole discretion by updating this agreement.
