Brand Asset User Agreement
Effective Date: August 15, 2025
Welcome to the A-MAX Insurance & ALPA Insurance Brand Asset Portal (“Site”). The materials available through this Site—including logos, photography, fonts, templates, copy, brand guidelines, and other creative assets (collectively, “Brand Assets”)—are proprietary resources intended to support the consistent and professional use of the [Company Name] brand across all communications.
By accessing or downloading any materials from this Site, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Authorized Use Only
This Site is intended for use by A-MAX/ALPA employees, contractors, vendors, and approved brand partners (“Users”) who have a legitimate business purpose for accessing Brand Assets.
Unauthorized access or distribution of Brand Assets is strictly prohibited.

2. No Implied Permission
Downloading Brand Assets from this Site does not constitute permission to use them publicly or externally. All external use of Brand Assets must be pre-approved by the A-MAX/ALPS Marketing team and/or Creative Director.
Internal drafts, mock-ups, or proposals using Brand Assets may not be shared outside the organization without prior review and approval.

Before any Brand Assets are distributed, published, printed, or otherwise made public, you must:
• Submit materials to the Marketing team for brand review, and
• Obtain written approval from the Creative Director or an authorized brand representative.
This applies to all formats, including but not limited to:
• Advertising (digital, print, outdoor)
• Sponsorship materials
• Co-branded campaigns
• Social media posts
• Event signage or collateral
• Vendor or partner communications

4. Prohibited Use
Users may not:
• Alter, distort, or manipulate Brand Assets beyond approved customization templates.
• Use Brand Assets in a way that could misrepresent or damage the reputation of [Company Name].
• Share login credentials or download files for use by unapproved third parties.
• Create derivative works or new brand marks based on existing assets without express permission.

5. Copyright and Ownership
All Brand Assets are the intellectual property of [Company Name] and/or its licensors. Nothing in this Agreement grants you ownership or any other right in the Brand Assets other than as expressly set forth herein.
