1. Ownership of Content
All content made available for download by Blue Heron, including but not limited to images, videos, audio files, and text, are owned by Blue Heron or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You acknowledge and agree that all rights, title, and interest in and to the content are and will remain the exclusive property of Blue Heron.

2. Permitted Use of Content
Blue Heron grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the content solely for the purpose of sharing it on your social media accounts. You may not use the content for any other purpose without the express written consent of Blue Heron.

3. Prohibited Uses of Content
You may not use the content for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to selling or licensing the content to third parties. You may not alter, modify, or create derivative works based on the content without the express written consent of Blue Heron. You may not use the content in any way that is defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
