Your use of the brand assets is limited to reasons pre-approved by the Horizon Services Marketing Department for use in sales of Horizon Services and HGH Brands products. You may only use the brand assets as they appear on the Site. The brand assets may not be altered or modified, in whole or in part, for any reason. You may only download the brand assets for reasons pre-approved by the Horizon Services Marketing Department. All other rights are reserved and must be granted in writing by Horizon Services and HGH Brands.

You acknowledge that the brand assets are owned by Horizon Services and HGH Brands or that Horizon Services and HGH Brands has the license to the brand assets. You further acknowledge that the brand assets are protected under copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws and any unauthorized use may constitute infringement and violate state or federal laws.
