You have been invited to use the Horizon Services Marketing web page on the Brandfolder website ("Site") by an employee of Horizon Services Marketing Department. This Terms of Use Agreement ("Agreement") describes your rights and responsibilities and states the terms and conditions under which you may use this Site. By continuing to use the Site, you are indicating your acceptance to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement between you and Horizon Services.

Use of the Site and the brand assets on the Site (as defined below) is granted exclusively to you as an individual representative of an HGH Brand customer ("you" or "your"). The rights granted to you under this Agreement are not transferable and cannot be shared with other individual representatives of the Horizon Services customer you represent ("Company") or any other person or entity.

You are granted the right to use the Site and the images, logos, product names and item numbers, sales documents, catalogs and other content on the Site ("brand assets") as a selling tool for Horizon Services and HGH Brands products only. Your use of the brand assets is limited to reasons pre-approved by the Horizon Services Marketing Department for use in sales of Horizon Services and HGH Brands products. You may only use the brand assets as they appear on the Site. The brand assets may not be altered or modified, in whole or in part, for any reason. You may only download the brand assets for reasons pre-approved by the Horizon Services Marketing Department. All other rights are reserved and must be granted in writing by Horizon Services and HGH Brands.

You acknowledge that the brand assets are owned by Horizon Services and HGH Brands or that Horizon Services and HGH Brands has the license to the brand assets. You further acknowledge that the brand assets are protected under copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws and any unauthorized use may constitute infringement and violate state or federal laws.

It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically. Horizon Services and HGH reserves the right to modify this Agreement from time to time without notice and in its sole discretion by updating this web page. Your continued use of the Site after any modifications by Horizon Services shall constitute your acceptance of such modifications.
