User Agreement for Downloading Digital Assets from Brandfolder
By downloading or using any digital assets (including images, videos, documents, and other materials) from this Brandfolder, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
The assets may only be used for the promotion and support of the brand(s) for which they have been specifically provided on this Brandfolder. Any use outside of this purpose is strictly prohibited.
You agree to promptly remove and delete any downloaded assets from all platforms, systems, and materials at the request of the brand owner or administrator. This includes cases where licenses or rights to the assets have expired or been revoked.
You are not permitted to alter, modify, or manipulate the assets in any way without prior written consent from the brand owner.
The assets may not be used to train, develop, or improve artificial intelligence systems or models, regardless of the purpose.
You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards in your use of the assets.
Downloading or accessing the assets does not grant you ownership or intellectual property rights. All rights remain with the brand owner or licensor.
