REP Affiliates

As a REP Fitness LLC (“REP”) Affiliate, you may be granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to gain access to REP-approved logos, product images, and other brand assets (“Assets”) for use on your personal channels. By accessing and using these Assets, you agree to the following terms:

1. Permitted Use – Assets may only be used to promote REP Fitness products through your approved affiliate channels. The Assets may not be altered in any way other than resizing for display purposes while maintaining the original proportions and quality. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to grant to Affiliate any rights in and to any intellectual property of REP other than in the Assets as stated.

2. Prohibited Use – You may not:
-Use Assets in paid advertisements (including, but not limited to, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, or sponsored posts).
-Use Assets in any way that suggests or implies that REP Fitness is your sponsor or business partner.
-Misrepresent your relationship with REP Fitness. Affiliates are not official partners, ambassadors, or sponsored athletes unless explicitly agreed upon by separate agreement in writing by REP Fitness.
-Provide copies of Assets to any third party for any other use.
-Acquire, lease, or otherwise use any website URL or social media platform account username (e.g., Facebook name, Instagram handle, or YouTube channel) that incorporates “rep” or any REP brands.

3. Brand Integrity – Assets must be used in a way that upholds REP Fitness’ brand image and values. REP shall have the right to inspect and control Affiliate’s use of the Assets. They Assets may not be used in connection with any offensive, misleading, or inappropriate content.

4. Termination of Rights – REP Fitness reserves the right to revoke your permission to use Assets at any time, for any reason. Upon request, you must immediately remove all Assets from your channels.

By downloading or using REP Fitness Assets, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
