211 Call Centers, including those operated by United Way Worldwide member organizations and those operating independent of a United Way Worldwide member organization, are authorized to use copyrighted marketing materials included in the editable digital 211 asset files (Copyrighted Materials), including any photos for the sole and limited purpose of promoting, marketing and communications related to their 211 operations. Materials must be used as is without modification, except where expressly permitted in the Copyrighted Materials, and may not distributed for use by any other organization. User acknowledges that United Way Worldwide is the owner of the Copyrighted Materials and all use shall insure to the benefit of United Way Worldwide.
