By checking this box, you hereby acknowledge and agree that (i) Seattle Arena Company, LLC (“SAC”) is the sole and exclusive owner of the photographs and videography, (ii) if approved, SAC is granting you a limited, nonexclusive and revocable right to use such approved photographs/videography solely for the purposes of the approved usage details, (iii) you will not change or edit the photographs/videography without SAC’s prior written approval, and (iv) you will credit “Climate Pledge Arena” in connection with your use of the photograph/videography.
