You have been invited to use the Four Roses Distillery LLC web page on the Brandfolder website ("Site") by an employee of Four Roses Distillery LLC. This Terms of Use Agreement ("Agreement") describes your rights and responsibilities and states the terms and conditions under which you may use this Site. By continuing to use the Site, you are indicating your acceptance to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement between you and Four Roses Distillery LLC
Use of the Site and the brand assets on the Site (as defined below) is granted exclusively to you as an individual representative of an Four Roses Distillery LLC customer ("you" or "your"). The rights granted to you under this Agreement are not transferable and cannot be shared with other individual representatives of the Four Roses Distillery LLC customer you represent ("Company") or any other person or entity.
You are granted the right to use the Site and the images, logos, product names and item numbers, sales documents, catalogs and other content on the Site ("brand assets") as a selling tool for Four Roses Distillery LLC products only. Your use of the brand assets is limited to uploading brand assets to your Company's ecommerce platform accounts to sell Four Roses products. You may only use the brand assets as they appear on the Site. The brand assets may not be altered or modified, in whole or in part, for any reason. You may only download the brand assets for the sole purpose of uploading them to your Company's ecommerce platform account. All other rights are reserved and must be granted in writing by Four Roses Distillery LLC.
You acknowledge that the brand assets are owned by Four Roses Distillery LLC or that Four Roses has the license to the brand assets. You further acknowledge that the brand assets are protected under copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws and any unauthorized use may constitute infringement and violate state or federal laws.
It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically. Four Roses Distillery LLC reserves the right to modify this Agreement from time to time without notice and in its sole discretion by updating this web page. Your continued use of the Site after any modifications by Four Roses Distillery LLC shall constitute your acceptance of such modifications.
