You have been invited to use the ZenPayroll, Inc. dba Gusto (“Gusto”) web page on the Brandfolder, Inc. website ("Site") by an employee of Gusto. This Terms of Use Agreement ("Agreement") describes your rights and responsibilities and states the terms and conditions under which you may use this Site. By continuing to use the Site, you are indicating your acceptance to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement between you and Gusto.

Use of the Site and the Brand Assets (as defined below) on the Site is granted exclusively to you as an individual representative of Gusto, Gusto’s vendor, or Gusto’s partner ("you" or "your"). The rights granted to you under this Agreement are not transferable and cannot be shared with any other person or entity.

You are granted the right to use the SIte and granted a non-exclusive, revocable, non-sublicensable, non-transferable, and limited license to use, as applicable, the images, logos, fonts, illustrations, and/or other content on the Site ("Brand Assets") as applicable to you, a tool for a design project for Gusto or a tool for marketing Gusto’s products and services only. You may only use the Brand Assets as they appear on the Site. The Brand Assets may not be altered or modified, in whole or in part, for any reason. All other rights are reserved and must be granted in writing by Gusto.

You acknowledge that the Brand Assets are owned by Gusto or that Gusto has the license to the Brand Assets. You further acknowledge that the Brand Assets are protected under copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws and any unauthorized use may constitute infringement and violate state or federal laws.

It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically. Gusto reserves the right to modify this Agreement from time to time without notice and in its sole discretion by updating this web page. Your continued use of the Site after any modifications by Gusto shall constitute your acceptance of such modifications.
