This User Agreement governs the use of brand assets for Safe Catch, Pure Cravings, and Dang Foods.

By accessing or downloading any materials, you agree to the following terms:

1. Authorized Use
- Assets are provided solely for the purposes of marketing, sales, editorial, or promotional activities related to Safe Catch, Pure Cravings, and Dang.
- Only authorized internal teams, agency partners, and retail partners may access and use these materials.

2. Restrictions
- You may not alter, distort, recolor, or otherwise modify any brand assets without prior written approval from the Safe Catch marketing team.
- Assets must be used **in good taste** and must not be associated with any content that is unlawful, misleading, harmful, or offensive.
- Do not share login information or distribute assets outside of approved teams and partners.

3. Brand Integrity
- Always follow the branding guidelines outlined in the Brandguide.
- Any use that deviates from the guidelines must receive written approval from marketing@safecatch.com

4. Intellectual Property
- All brand assets remain the property of Safe Catch, Inc.
- No rights, title, or interest are transferred to you through the use of these assets.

5. Enforcement
- Safe Catch reserves the right to revoke access or require the removal of any materials used improperly.
- Misuse of assets may result in legal action.

6. Support
