By accessing this website and accepting the user agreement, you agree to acknowledge Pact as having copyright of all assets contained herein. You also acknowledge that permission to use the assets does not transfer, void or otherwise impair Pact’s rights in the assets.
You understand and agree that Pact may itself, and permit others, to reproduce the assets through but not limited to the publication, broadcast, translation, creation of other versions, and otherwise utilize the assets.
Pact shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the User against all claims, suits, costs, damages, and expenses the User may sustain by reason of any claim brought against the User for the use of the assets subject to timely notification to Pact of any such claim.
The User shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Pact against all claims, suits, costs, damages, and expenses that User may sustain by reason of User’s negligent or unlawful actions resulting from the use of the assets.
