Gilbert + Tobin provides a range of multimedia assets via this website, including, without limitation, videos, images, logos, styles and design elements (Brand Assets). By accessing these Brand Assets you acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Brand Assets unless you have written permission from Gilbert + Tobin.
Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Gilbert + Tobin grants you a non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferrable licence to use the Brand Assets.
You acknowledge and agree that Gilbert + Tobin is the owner of all rights including intellectual property rights in the Brand Assets.
If, in its sole discretion, Gilbert + Tobin determines that you have breached the terms of this Agreement, Gilbert + Tobin may revoke your licence to use the Brand Assets by written notice
You must not:
- modify or alter Brand Assets;
- use the Brand Assets in any way that would be likely, in the opinion of Gilbert + Tobin, to damage the reputation of Gilbert + Tobin;
- facilitate access to or use of the Brand Assets by unauthorised third parties;
- use the Brand Assets in any way that implies Gilbert + Tobin endorses any third party goods or services; and
- use the Brand Assets in contravention of any brand usage guidelines or other written directions provided to you from time to time by Gilbert + Tobin.

Gilbert + Tobin may amend the terms of this Brand Usage Agreement from time to Gilbert + Tobin provides a range of multimedia assets via this website, including, without limitation, videos, images, logos, styles and design elements (Brand Assets). By accessing these Brand Assets you acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Brand Assets unless you have written permission from Gilbert + Tobin.
Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Gilbert + Tobin grants you a non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferrable licence to use the Brand Assets.
You acknowledge and agree that Gilbert + Tobin is the owner of all rights including intellectual property rights in the Brand Assets.
If, in its sole discretion, Gilbert + Tobin determines that you have breached the terms of this Agreement, Gilbert + Tobin may revoke your licence to use the Brand Assets by written notice
You must not:
- modify or alter Brand Assets;
- use the Brand Assets in any way that would be likely, in the opinion of Gilbert + Tobin, to damage the reputation of Gilbert + Tobin;
- facilitate access to or use of the Brand Assets by unauthorised third parties;
- use the Brand Assets in any way that implies Gilbert + Tobin endorses any third party goods or services; and
- use the Brand Assets in contravention of any brand usage guidelines or other written directions provided to you from time to time by Gilbert + Tobin.
