BEFORE DOWNLOADING VISUAL CONTENT YOU MUST READ AND AGREE TO THE TERMS OF AGREEMENT FOR THIS LIMITED LICENSE

Horizon Global Americas, Inc. (“Horizon Global”) owns all legal rights, including intellectual property rights and copyrights, to the visual content. Horizon Global hereby grants Customer a limited, fully revocable, nontransferable, and nonexclusive license allowing for personal viewing, displaying or streaming of visual content (video, image) for public display in Customer’s own place of business, as-is without any modifications or editing.

Except for the permission granted above, Customer may not copy, display, distribute, download, license, modify, create a derivative work from, publish, repost, reproduce, use, reuse, sell, or transmit the visual content without the express written consent of Horizon Global. Horizon Global may terminate this License at any time in its sole discretion, with or without cause, and Customer agrees to immediately take down and/or remove the visual content from public viewing upon Horizon Global’s request or termination of this License by Horizon Global.

Horizon Global’s trademarks, logos, and service marks, including, but not limited to, Bargman®, BULLDOG®, Draw•Tite®, Fulton®, REESE®, Tekonsha®, and Wesbar®, (collectively, the “Trademarks”) are the exclusive property of Horizon Global.

Except for the limited permission expressly granted herein, Horizon Global does not grant Customer any express or implied rights or licenses to its copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property, all of which are reserved by Horizon Global.
