A New Salesforce Marketing Cloud Integration

Brandfolder was built with marketers in mind. So it’s no surprise that we teamed up with Salesforce, the market leader in CRM and marketing automation, to help bridge the connection between brand content and distribution channels in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) enables organizations to understand their customer’s buying journey and engage with them across various marketing channels. However, all of those touchpoints require content. The ability to easily sync content quickly with SFMC saves time and energy — making marketers that much more efficient.

With the new integration, you can:

  • Search for Brandfolder assets within SFMC
  • Place, align, resize and crop images without switching platforms, saving you time switching between platforms
  • Automatically update content with new creative using Brandfolder’s Smart CDN, eliminating the need for repetitive tasks

With custom template approvals, admins can set up an approval process for any template before it can be downloaded and customized by collaborators or guests. Create and Update Tasks via Smartsheet

Our integration with Smartsheet has resulted in a unique solution that allows businesses to dissolve silos, perform more effectively, and better manage content and collaboration processes. This feature gives Workspace users more flexibility to manage task status and details from Smartsheet using our integration.

With two-way sync between Brandfolder and Smartsheet, real-time progress on tasks and project statuses are tied together so stakeholders are kept up to date. You can update, edit and create new tasks in Smartsheet that will automatically be reflected in Brandfolder for more effective collaboration. This eliminates the need for manual updates and helps keep your team organized and on track while also keeping messaging consistent across all channels.

Zapier Integrations For Better Flexibility

We're excited to announce that Brandfolder now integrates with Zapier! If you’re looking to make a greater impact at work, automation may be just what you need. This integration allows you to connect your favorite apps and automate tasks between them. With over 4,000 apps supported, there are endless possibilities for how you can use Zapier with Brandfolder.

This addition offers more flexibility to integrate with products that don't have a native Brandfolder integration and develop code-free solutions. Zapier takes the manual labor out of busywork, allowing you to accomplish repetitive activities automatically, freeing up time so that you can focus on your most important tasks.

View Only Assets For More Control

We know that not everyone on your team needs to edit or download assets, but they still need quick and easy access to them. To meet this need, we've introduced new view-only asset permissions. This allows particular users to see assets in Brandfolder without having the ability to edit or download them.

This added control is great for teams who want to give stakeholders, partners or vendors access to their content without giving them the ability to make changes. It's also a convenient way to manage user permissions and provide view-only access to an archive of content for reference or historical purposes.
