I studied in [Copenhagen, Denmark](http://www.lonelyplanet.com/denmark/copenhagen "Lonely Planet"){:target="_blank"}, the home of Carlsberg, back in 2004 and was an avid consumer and even rocked a Carlsberg hat for a while back stateside to show how cultured I was. My palette will no longer accept pilsners, but I might just have to crack one as a nod to this great content. Enjoy and let us know what you think!
