The search functions of Brandfolder are superb and really are helpful when looking at it from a category perspective. I also have really enjoyed using the sharing functions that allow certain distributors to look at only certain items, but have them readily available when they would like instead of having to ping us over and over. It has also been a seamless integration with our other folks and makes it much better for our organization.

BrandFolder's ease of use for both its administrators and visitors is what we like best. Specifically being able to search thumbnails/image instead of a text list, is really helpful

Prior to partnering with Brandfolder, our Team managed all of our digital content from shared mac servers. Since onboarding with Brandfolder roughly 5 months ago, changes to our workflow have been a game changer! Onbarding was a breeze and our Implemenation Manager provided clear direction and was always available to help! Brandfolder's suggested and custom tagging has allowed us to gain searchability to maximize use of our assets and quickly share in and outside the organization. Additionally, we LOVE the integration capabilities with Smartsheet and are in the process of rolling out a new workflow!

The best thing about Brandfolder is that it is so user friendly. The onboarding and implementation process was smooth and easy. Makyla was AMAZING and so helpful through the entire process. This is a tool that our entire company will be using and we are already seeing the benefit of having the tool. This tool allows us to seamlessly share media throughout the company and beyond.

Brandfolder is extremely easy to use. Even for colleagues who have little experience with DAMs or similar appilcations, the implementation process was easy for them. Brandfolder also looks and feels sleek, making sharing assets within and outside the company a point of pride.

So simple, super easy to navigate. My entire team uses it on a daily basis. We came from a homebuilt in-house server, and so glad we did! As a creative team, we're so much better organized as a result. High-performing team producing high-level results, I couldn't ask for more!
